Dan Backlund

Dan Backlund got his education as master of science in engineering (MSc) from Chalmers University of Technology in Göteborg, Sweden.

After his studies, he married Switzerland's most beautiful woman and moved to that nice country!

Before that, he worked almost two years in Sweden at a PCB manufacturer owned by Ericsson. For more than 18 years he has now been working with development in the Swiss industry.

For 16 years, he was the head of the electronic development department at the renowned Swiss ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified company Woertz AG.

There, he built up a standard program of electronic modules and invented the world's most compact electronic terminal, Snap-Line.

Also, many custom specified circuits and modules have been produced. Combined, Dan Backlund has developed several hundred different products.
